We recently had the pleasure of teaming up again with the wonderful crew at Alora, this time to fit out their brand-new second kitchen at their stunning Tuscan-style private estate wedding venue.
To support high-capacity, catering operations, we completely outfitted the estate's second commercial kitchen with high-performance equipment, including:
- Stainless steel benching installed throughout the space.
- Cooking Equipment: Turbofan convection ovens and Turbofan holding cabinet, and two induction cooktops.
- Refrigeration & Ice: An under bench storage fridge, two solid door upright fridge and freezers, and a Scotsman Ice machine.
- Warewashing: Two heavy-duty Washtech under counter dishwasher
