Our team can provide drawings, specifications and guidance to help make the installation process straightforward.

Customers should ensure that equipment can safely fit through all access points, including doorways, corridors, lifts and stairways.
If there are stairs, narrow access points or
restricted entry, this should be advised before delivery to avoid additional charges or delays.

What should I do if equipment arrives damaged?
Customers should inspect goods upon delivery. If goods arrive damaged, the damage should be noted with the freight carrier and Complete Display Equipment should be notified within five business days, including photos where possible.
Does your equipment come with a warranty?
Does your equipment come with a warranty?
All our display cabinets and custom work come with a 12 month warranty on parts and labour (excluding glass).
Commercial Kitchen Equipment sourced by Complete Display Equipment from other suppliers include manufacturer warranties.
Warranty coverage varies depending on the product and does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, lack of maintenance or unauthorised repairs.
