All orders are subject to acceptance by Complete Display Equipment.

A deposit will be required to confirm an order, particularly for custom manufactured products. Production will not commence until the required deposit has been received and any necessary drawings have been approved.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance must be paid prior to dispatch or collection of goods.

Many products supplied by Complete Display Equipment are custom manufactured to the buyer’s specifications.

Where applicable, drawings, layouts or specifications will be provided for approval prior to production. The Buyer is responsible for carefully reviewing these documents to ensure that all dimensions, configurations, finishes and specifications are correct.

Once drawings have been approved and production is scheduled, manufacturing will commence.

Custom orders may be cancelled prior to production, however any deposit paid will be forfeited to cover design work, administration, materials and production scheduling costs.

If a cancellation request is made after production has commenced, the order may not be able to be cancelled.

Because custom manufactured products are produced specifically to the Buyer’s requirements, they are not eligible for return or refund.

Estimated production lead times for custom equipment are typically 6–8 weeks from the date the deposit is received and drawings are approved.

Lead times are estimates only and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, material availability or freight delays.

Delivery times provided by freight carriers are estimates only.

Customers must ensure the delivery location has safe and suitable access for delivery vehicles and unloading of equipment. Additional delivery charges may apply if access is restricted or delivery cannot be completed.

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all site measurements, access points and service connections are suitable prior to delivery.

This includes confirming that equipment can safely fit through doorways, hallways, lifts, stairways, corridors and other access areas, and that there is adequate space for delivery and placement of the equipment.

The Buyer must also ensure that the delivery location is accessible and safe for handling large or heavy items. If stairs, narrow access points, restricted entry, or other access limitations exist, these must be advised to Complete Display Equipment prior to delivery.

Complete Display Equipment will not be responsible for additional costs arising from restricted access, stairs, incorrect measurements, or unsuitable site conditions, including additional labour, specialised equipment, or redelivery charges.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, installation is the responsibility of the Buyer.

Equipment should be installed by appropriately qualified technicians where required. The seller is not responsible for damage or operational issues caused by incorrect installation.

Customers must inspect goods upon delivery.

Any claim for damaged, missing or incorrect goods must be submitted in writing within five (5) business days of delivery.

Returns will not be accepted without prior written approval from Complete Display Equipment.

Approved returns must be received within fourteen (14) days of delivery and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

Returned goods must be unused and in original condition. Items that have been installed, used, modified or damaged during return transit may not be accepted.

Return freight costs are the responsibility of the Buyer unless the return is due to an error by the Seller.

If goods arrive damaged in transit, customers should note the damage with the carrier and notify Complete Display Equipment within five (5) business days, including photos where possible.

Products supplied by Complete Display Equipment may include manufacturer warranties where applicable. Warranty periods vary depending on the product.

Warranty does not cover damage or faults resulting from:

• Incorrect installation
• Improper use or misuse
• Lack of maintenance
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications

All custom manufactured display cabinets come with 12 month warranty on parts and labour (excluding glass).

Complete Display Equipment reserves the right to make reasonable changes to product specifications, materials, or components where necessary due to supplier availability, manufacturing improvements, or regulatory requirements.

Any such changes will not materially affect the overall functionality or performance of the product.
