Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Delivery times provided by freight carriers are estimates
only.

The Buyer must ensure the delivery location has safe and suitable access for delivery vehicles and unloading of equipment. Additional delivery charges may apply if access is restricted or delivery cannot be completed.

Site Access and Measurements

The Buyer must ensure all site measurements, access points, and service connections are suitable before delivery. This includes confirming equipment can safely fit through all entryways (including stairs and narrow areas) and that the site is accessible for handling large items.

Any access limitations must be communicated in advance, as Complete Display Equipment is not responsible for additional costs due to restricted access, incorrect measurements, or unsuitable site conditions.

Installation

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, installation is the responsibility of the Buyer.

Equipment should be installed by appropriately qualified technicians where required. The Seller is not responsible for damage or operational issues caused by incorrect installation.

Claims and Returns

Customers must inspect goods on delivery and report any damage, shortages, or errors in writing within five business days. Returns require prior approval, must be made within 14 days, and items must be unused and in original condition, with restocking fees up to 25% potentially applying.

Return shipping is the Buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a seller error.

Because custom manufactured products are produced specifically to the Buyer’s requirements, they are not eligible for return or refund.

If goods arrive damaged in transit, customers should note the damage with the carrier and notify Complete Display Equipment within seven (7) business days, including photos where possible.
