Customers must inspect goods on delivery and report any damage, shortages, or errors in writing within five business days. Returns require prior approval, must be made within 14 days, and items must be unused and in original condition, with restocking fees up to 25% potentially applying.
Return shipping is the Buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a seller error.
Because custom manufactured products are produced specifically to the Buyer’s requirements, they are not eligible for return or refund.
If goods arrive damaged in transit, customers should note the damage with the carrier and notify Complete Display Equipment within seven (7) business days, including photos where possible.
