The Scotsman ECM 47 AS OX is a compact, undercounter, self-contained commercial gourmet ice maker designed primarily for premium cocktails, bars and restaurants.
It reliably produces up to 24kg of crystal-clear, slow-melting 20g gourmet ice cubes per day, backed by a built-in 9kg internal storage bin to keep fresh ice immediately within reach.
