This unique restaurant fit-out at Allegria Pasta Providore in Malvern combined custom refrigerated display cabinets with a complete selection of commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, cooking equipment and warewashing solutions, bringing together presentation, performance and practicality in one complete solution.
At the front of house, we supplied two custom CDE Refrigerated Display Cabinets designed to showcase fresh pasta and other chilled products. Manufactured to a custom width and fitted with glass shelving, the cabinets provide a clean, bright and inviting presentation.
The cabinets are self-contained and feature custom variable-speed controllers, which are particularly important for fresh pasta as they allow the refrigeration system to adjust its cooling capacity to the cabinet’s demand, helping maintain a stable, consistent temperature and protect the quality of the product. This provides an attractive and flexible solution for displaying fresh pasta while maintaining the required refrigeration conditions.
